The Importance of Mobility

These days, you don't have to look far to find someone who is struck down with an ache or a pain, if not worse.

"Oh, not with MY knees!"

"My back is killing me!"

"I need a massage"

The common reasoning behind our lack of mobility and the increasing pain we find ourselves in is usually "old" age.

"I'm getting old"

"Is this what being thirty is about?"

"I'm not twenty anymore"

But what if I told you that was nonsense? What if the conventional wisdom, that your body shrivels up and becomes tight, sore and less capable, as you age, was a fallacy?!

With regular joint care - specific mobility training - we can improve and prolong the health of our joints. Think about it like this; you wouldn't never clean your teeth and happily tell your dentist about toothache, expecting a magic solution. That 2 minutes, at least twice a day, to brush your teeth (and perhaps flossing & mouthwash too!) are non negotiable, right? So why do we expect our bodies to self right, when we neglect them so much?

Challenging end range movement and strength, expressing our maximum available ranges of motion and exploring varied movement can keep you joints young and reduce your likelihood of pain and injury.

I deliver a FREE mobility class, aimed at giving you the movement skill required, to fight off poor mobility and the pain, injury and restricted life that comes with it.
